Lol, i never sit down on public toilets unless they have toilet paper and the cover thing they have. Its better than sitting on the real toilet. Disgusting..

I believe those should only be used when "you really got to go"!!!! (the paper or sheets, I mean).

To urinate, keeping the best distance from those toilets, the better!!!!!
