That is usually where you rest the pressure of your body, and after a while of you moving around in your seat, it envelops the itch.
I can't relate to this question. I have so much flexibility in my arms that I can reach my entire back. When I wear a dress that zips in the back I have no problems, I can wash my whole back and also massage my back.

my theory is that if you itch where you can reach it, you scratch it and stop the itch. Since you can't reach that one itchy spot it keeps on itching.
