HELP! Everything I eat makes me burp!?!


Question: what can I do to stop this? I swear, even water makes it happen! burps, overall discomfort, sometimes even heartburn!

Simply eat slower and chew better..That should solve your problem

The burping could be a sign that you need to change the way you're ingesting food and beverages. You seem to be swallowing too much air.

maybe acid reflux...i'd go to the doctor. maybe you swallow too much air when you eat and drink,consciously try and be aware of it and try to not do it.

you need to see your Doctor..it sounds like you have Acid Reflux...Don't wait..It will cost you in the long run, in time money and pain..

help break down those bubbles or perventing them with antacids such as Mylanta, Diovol Plus, Masslox, and Ovol.

Ginger can provide quick relief. take two 550 milligram capsules of powered ginger or 30 drops of tincture before your meals. or drink ginger tea.

Fennel, anise, or celery seeds can relieve belching. you just need to chew on them to prevent belching after a meal.

Chamomile tea is a folk remedy for stomachaches that may also helo relieve burping.

Cardamom tea also helps you digest your food better.


TO AVOID:
- avoid carbonated drinks
-avoid sparkling wine or beer
-avoid whipped cream, souffles, and fluffly omelet which all have air in them.
-GIVE hot drinks a moment to cool, sipping a blistering hot drink may cause you to gulp lots of air.

First of all, I doubt very much that you have Acid Reflux. The symptoms of Acid Reflux do not generally include burping a lot, but burping a lot can quite easily carry a little stomach acid up into the esophagus and create the feeling of heartburn. As to why you are burping so much, you need to think back and determine when it started, and if you had just made any significant changes to your diet or normal activities. Chewing your food more slowly and thoroughly and avoiding carbonated beverages can help reduce how much you burp, but if it persists it may be a symptom of something else. Try watching your diet for a day or two, and if it doesn
