Am I taking good care of myself?!

Question: When I wake up, I brush my hair, put lotion on my hands (every morning and night), wash my face (every morning and night) and put face lotion on, and get dressed. I then eat breakfast, take my pills, and brush my teeth. Then I go to school. I shower and wash my hair every afternoon/night. I brush my teeth every morning and night. I'm 5 feet 1 and 150 pounds. I try to do something active every day (ride my bike, jump on the trampoline, etc) I am 13 and in 7th grade. I wear glasses and am getting braces soon. I have guitar lessons on wednesdays 5-5:30 and am starting my advanced acting class again (I was requested to come) on tuesdays in April from 4-7:00 (or so, maybe longer) I have 3 dogs and a bird, and am getting a hamster this weekend! =) I eat pretty healthy, (no soda except for diet, and no more than like half a can a day) So, do I sound normal, and do I take good care of myself what else could I do? This is a pic of me

I had a few thoughts. Meditation for 10 or 15 minutes a day can help with stress a lot. I started with it when I was 12 or 13, it made things a lot easier some times.

http://www.susankramer.com/TeenMeditatio... is a pretty good crash course I just found.

Also, shampoo daily can be hard on the hair. I found a good listing of other ideas that might be easier on you?

The one I use a lot is this one, I alternate it with shampoo every other shower.

# ACV Rinse: ACV, of course, smells like vinegar. Don't worry though; once you have rinsed your hair the smell will go away. If it doesn't, you are using too much ACV. Combine one to two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar (ACV) with one cup water in plastic bottle. Work into the hair and comb through. Rinse thoroughly.

That's all I can think of now. :-)
