Take some tylenol or motrin and take a nap with a warm rag on your head. When you wake up take a nice warm long bath. Go to sleep after you bathe and in the morning take another tylenol or motrin. If you still feel bad around lunchtime call the doctor. They are the only ones who know for SURE why you are still sick.
Hope you feel better!

BECOS U TOUCH UR SELF AT NIGHT DAH

take some mucinex and use a vaporizer at night it will help clear your chest.

If you want to get better faster, sleep more, drink lots of water, and take Chinese medicine. If you just want to feel better, there are plenty of over-the-counter medications that can easily suppress your symptoms. It isn't uncommon for someone to have a cold for two weeks, so if you don't do either of the above, chances are that you'll get better soon anyway.

Because there are lots of viruses going around.
Take Mucinex-DM...it will loosen mucus in chest, make a cough more productive & less frequent.
Drink lots of water & fluids (avoid dairy...causes more mucus).
Take Advil or Aleve every 4 to 6 hours.
Drink tea with lemon & honey.
Gargle with very warm salt water 3X/day.
Gargle with Hydrogen peroxide (it will feel weird because it bubbles up).
Use saline nasal spray several times/day.
Vit. C 2000mg every 2 hours for 2 days.
Suck on Zinc lozenges. Suck on Halls or Vicks cough drops with eucalyptus.
Zinc 50 mg.

For immediate immune response: Astragalus, goldenseal root (only 5 days in a row), echineacea.
