well, my aunt has them and she says that they're ok, but you should be willing to have them re-done as they will sag and look bad after a few years. kind of like with those fake teeth. they need care. make sure that you go no bigger than a c, since that would look silly on anyone (i was natually a DD, but got mine reduced to a C and it's a perfect size), and make sure that you get the jelly ones that they fill them with the gel after they put them inside. also it's better if they do the precedure through your bellybutton, since there's no scarring. hope this helps you out. check out this website to find out if there's a surgeon near you.

make sure that your doctor has been there for at least five years, find out how many times per year he has had to fix procedures, and ask some people with implants (bars are a good place to go) who they went to and what their experiences were. and i'm telling you, breast surgery doesn't hurt that much. i went back to school 3 days after my reduction, and that's supposed to be much more painful than implants.

don't do it. learn to love yourself for who you are. self-confidence, but not being conceited, is a lot more attractive to guys than big boobs.

Personally i wouldn't do it.
If you absolutely have to, wait until you've had children. Your breasts will change when you have children.
My advice is to get a push up bra

I have breast implants. I have had them for about 3 years.I decided to do it after breastfeeding my two children. I would highly recommend talking to a least 3-4 doctors and not rushing into it . Getting to know the doctors and their work and make sure they are board certified as a plastic surgeon .DO YOUR HOMEWORK. Above the muscle, under the muscle. Ask lots of questions. Especially after all the horror stories you hear about. Do not look for a deal it is not worth it your life is most important. I had implants and a lift so my procedure was done in the hospital. Everything went well. I am very happy with my decision to have implants.
Maybe try to consult with your primary care doctor for someone he or she can recommend. Good Luck!

Do you have children?Remember that your breasts will change considerably with pregnancy and especially with breastfeeding. How do you feel about yourself? If small breasts are causing some real problems with your self-esteem by all means you should have them fixed.Remember that breast augmentation surgery is often not covered on insurance plans and can be quite expensive. Some of the best plastic surgeons in the world train there in the Boston area.I am sure that the medical society would give you names of reputable surgeons.Beware of someone who is going to give you a "deal" or who just arrived in this country yesterday!
