If you already have it, then chill it until it is very cold. Either in the fridge or a bit of time in the freezer, then drink it through a straw so that it doesn't come in contact with as many taste buds on your tongue.
If you have not been given it yet, see if they have a new prep product called Pico Salax. It tastes great. A lot like Tang orange drink. It comes in powdered form and you mix it with water.
Either way it is a great thing that you are doing getting a colonoscopy. It is a test that can truly save your life! Hope your test goes well and that they don't find anything.
the best way to clean your system is to get a colonic,not drink that stuff. It's full of sodium and other artificial junk. I had a colonic before surgery a few years ago and the M.D. was amazed how clean my colon and such was.
