Why does IBS flare up when I haven't eaten anything "wrong?"?!
Question: I feel your pain. I have IBS constipation, take my meds, relax, exercise, eat so right its insane, and I'm generally pain free. But I went to my brother's wedding last week, where I was having an insanely wonderful time and didn't eat anything weird, and the excitement I guess just caused it to strike and me to hole up in the bathroom for an hour.
I used to work at a vet... some completely healthy dogs would always get stress diarrhea when they had to come in. I guess its stress/change of routine.

IBS can flare up when you are under stress too. Have you been stressed alot lately?
sometimes it just comes i have it 2 n mine is exactly the same, jus flares up 4 no reason xx
