Why do people bite their nails?!
Question: Why do people bite their nails? I have been doing it for as far back as i can remember....This is a little personal but the only time i ever stopped was the first time I had sex and that was only for two weeks....I am trying to stop again but that got me wondering that since so many people do it what is the reason they even start?

I bite my nails and hate the way they look...it is completely a bad habit on my part. But I have been doing it for so long that I am sure on a deeper level it does not bother me that much because I have never quit.
Pure boredon, dont like the way their nails look
because they get hungry
Its just a habit. Its not about sex. I am sure you have done this all your life.
sometimes it's because they are insecure and low-confidence. maybe you gained confidence by having sex.
i started because i didnt like how one looked and didnt have a nail filer.. now i do it without even realizing and nnnnneeeeed. to stop hah.
i don't know, i started from when i was young and its just become a habit of mine.
