This will get your stamina, abs, and legs in top shape.
it is absolutely enough! do this around 5 times a week, you'll be fit as freakishly possible in a month or two... GOD BLESS!!
That makes no sense. You have an hour of what amounts to cardio followed by lunges and squats. Lunges and squats are muscle-building lifts, and should never be done at such high reps, and not after an hour of other work. Depending on your diet, all that plan will accomplish is shrinking your entire build. You will look like a string bean with very little fat.
I think you should switch off between the jogging/bycicle crunches and the rest of it... you don't want to overwork your muscles or it'll be too hard to continue the next day... Just stay consistent and you'll see results. G.L.
