Question: ok, i sleep but when i wake up to go to the washroom or something and i go back to bed i cant sleep, can someone tell me what is happening and is it a symptom of something.

and my stomach feels weird all the time, i get full so easily, helppppp

ok first you need to relax, second when you use the washroom you most likely turn on the light, by doing that, your brain wakes up, an that is why you have problems. Also try to relax by listening to light music. That helps!!

Then ok your stomach? you are a small guy or skinny. It is normal for your size to have a small stomach. Plus always watch what you are eating. Some food have acid like oranges or lime that my cause you to feel werid.

You just have a minor case of insomnia. You can try some warm milk or closing your eyes and think of something boring, like a lecture in school. Or even counting to one hundred like I do sometimes.

thats insomnia,my mother suffers from this,the only thing you can do is take tylenol (half a tablet) when you go back to bed,dont eat before you retire,its hard to digest food while your lying down and the food lies in one spot upsetting your stomach.

Watch old cowboy show at late night and you'll fall asleep easily.
