To be quite honest with you, nothing should actually happen. Weed, more commonly know as cannabis to the medical profession, is a very multi-purposed drug. If anything it would make you sleep better and take away the nausea a lot of people get with the Flu.
Word of caution, if you have the flu, you shouldn't really 'smoke' anything. Give your lungs a break and actually breath some clean air.
