Any advice for cold night sweats?!

Question: I'm 23 years old and in good shape. During the day or during my workouts (1 hour a day) I don't sweat like crazy...just normally. I'm pretty darn healthy. I rarely get sick and I work at a preschool, haha.

At least 3 nights a week I wake up in a cold sweat. It's horrible b/c it ruins my night. The sweat has a light scent to it...nothing strong I guess.

I'll lay down for bed, get comfy and fall asleep. Then a few hours later I'll wake up and I'll be covered in a light sweat. My pj's are a bit damp b/c of it. I'm still covered w/my blanket, but I'm freezing cold. It makes it hard to fall back asleep, to say the least.

The only other time I have sweat like this was while I was in the hospital years ago for an e-coli infection in my kidneys. My temp raised to around 106 and broke so all I did was sweat. It had a light scent to it too. I'll never forget it.

Any tips or ideas? I mean, I'm as healthy as a horse...a very healthy horse (never understood that saying).
