Whats a fake medical condition I could have to take a medical certificate?!
Question: Please dont mis-understand me. This is for a serious issue..... I will be sent out of my current room/accommodation if I dont have any valid reason. I have no where to go.....
Hence I need to see a Doctor and take a medical report for some injury or medical condition.
Any advice? What can I do to convince the doctor?

Fibromyalgia, it's not a disease that has a blood test, or something that can be disproved.. just symptoms. If you can convince your doctor you have it, there's your certificate..
There are doctors out there who will do that for you (unfortunately), but most reputable doctors are not going to provide a false medical report. That puts their license on the line.
