if the blood loss is significant one would become anemic and could possibly need a blood transfusion.
Nothing really. There is really no danger, unless you have a clotting disorder of some kind. The only thing is that most of the blood will run down the back of your throat and into your stomach, which could make you feel ill.

First of all... if it is not a bad bloody nose, it will eventually stop before anything "bad" happens (aside from messing your clothing).
If it is a "bad" bloody nose, and won't stop, you may eventually deplete your blood supply to the point where you may pass out and die.
But before it gets to that point, you would probably get tired of it bleeding and either put pressure on it yourself to stop it, or if that doesn't work, go to the ER to have it stopped.
Generally, a bloody nose is nothing to worry about. Usually due to dried out membranes in the nose and irritation.

If the blood is still running after 20 min, u should call an ambulance. But for like 30 min, u might lose 5% of your body blood.
A regular nose bleed will almost stop itself, unless you are just a bleeder. If a nose overly bleed usually something else could be wrong. I would visit a doctor
