I have panic attacks at night, worrying about sickness and dying what can I do t!

Question: You're probably involuntarily psyching yourself out.
Same thing used to happen to me. My once-thick armor has worn thin over the years from many depressing setbacks. So now before I go to bed, I don't watch/ read anything with overtly political or religious undertones. No horror movies and nothing heavy late at night.

Light music, aromatic candles and maybe burning some essential oils for aromatherapy will help calm you. Some crossword puzzles to keep your brain in the flow while you relax.

That said, can you actually pinpoint the exact time this all began? Could've been some tragedy or traumatic event that put all this in motion? A car accident? Or maybe it wasn't that heavy but your body is still responding now, in terms of post-traumatic-stress-disorder.

If you listen to music it will help your brain focus more on the music then what you are thinking bad about . I hope you can talk to your doctor about this so they can help calm all your fears :)

Pray for God's comfort and peace. Also, get the focus off of yourself and pray for others who really are sick and dying. Bless you and may you sleep well tonight!

Chill.Deep breaths.Everything will be fine.Keep telling yourself your not going to worry about anything.Sometime its a forced thing.I was suffering bad.I had to force myself to relax.Than again if it keeps up and disrupts life you may have to get on meds.

Medication. See your doctor and tell him your situation. If you don't want to take medicine try the suggestions above.

When you have them calm down relax and tell yourself simple mantras. I am healthy, I haven't done anything hazardous. Count the reasons why your healthy, if it's certain things you think your going to die or get sick by research the ways it's treated =]
