Stomach pains but no diarrhea?!
Question: what in the world is wrong? the sharp pains are off and on, but they are terrrrrrrrible when i have them and longer than usual. i started to feel the pains last night and then i fell asleep and they woke me up immediatly early this morning. after the second time of running to the bathroom and dying with pain, i went but it was solid[and not very much]. shouldn't it be liquidy if i feel this pain???!
