Happened to me with a surgery. There is one option. Get on the phone tomorrow and ask your doctor to call you at home. Tell him/her the issue. They will probably suggest a course of birth control pills. What you will do is take the active pills only. Where most people take a placebo during the seven days of their menstrual cycle you will continue on with the regular pills. It will keep you from ovulating or having a period. I did this with one months notice and was fine. Get your mother's permission on this. You can go right off of them immediatly following the surgery if your family has objections. But, it is serious because they may not even allow you to have the surgery if you are on your period. Good luck.

Don't worry about your period. Use tampons. If you don't know how to, practice with a friend that uses them or your Mom. Put some KY Jelly on the tip for lubrication. Good luck! :)
Your period doesn't affect anything just go!
You really should ask your doctor about that. Cause I...am honestly clueless. Maybe wear a tampon?
