I have been feeling bad and want to check out my symptoms.?!

Question: I have been feeling pain in the lower left hand side of my chest a little above the left leg. It has been more of a blunt pain and has stayed with me for over 4 days now. It seems to be affected by vistits to the rest room. Afterward I feel more relived by never fully better. The pain can be very slight, where I would have to be applying pressure to the area to feel it. It is sometimes pretty bad where it hurts when I lay on my left side, walk around, or even sit in certain ways. I have also rescently began having a lot of stomache issues and have felt symptoms similer to what I belive is acid reflux. I have been burping a lot and have felt almost like I was throwing up but just into my throat. I belive I also have a very slight temperature but I could easily be wrong on that one. I have had more spicy food then usual, but they have never previaously affected me and if they were the problem, I would have probably had the stomach issues first. Can anyone tell me what they think is wrong

good luck!

It sounds like some sort of irritable bowel syndrome- this can cause cramping-like pains often relieved by bowel movements. Usually on/off diarrhoea, constipation.

Acid reflux and irritable bowel are all worsened by spicey foods. I suggest you experiment by cutting out all spicey foods and seeing if your problems improve. If this doesnt help i suggest you go to your doctor so they can get a full history and examination from you.
