The sudden drop in temperature from the hot shower to a cold room causes your blood pressure to suddenly plummet, making you dizzy.

Stepping out the shower, your peripheral arteries (small blood vessels in the skin) dilate. All the blood shifts from your organs (heart, lung, brain) to the skin. This causes a drop in central blood pressure and you feel dizzy.

It shouldnt happen all the time but those with already low blood pressure are more prone to it.

well have you been eating lately, maybe you changened your diet, and maybe that caused it but not to sure it could be a number of things, maybe the water have something to do with it,

same thing happens to me when i have a bath, i agree with the first answer.

Actually, it's exactly what the top poster described. I would add however, that this is the same reason why people are cautioned to limit their time in a hot tub to only twenty minutes.

Happens to me ALL THE TIME!
Its so weird.. and its like... woahh whatsaa going on..

I think its because you go from being really hot and laying down, relaxing, to room temparature and standing up.
The change is to quick and your body needs a way to react.
