Rhinoplasty(nose job) fees?!

Question: how can i go about finding a good plastic surgeon with reasonable fees in Los Angeles? Internet is very tiresome to search and not very reliable...like is there any well known and competent doctors in LA that dont charge fees out of this world only cuz they are located in LA?

what i wanna do is my nose is kinda wide at sides and i wanna narrow it a bit
