Gassy.. Nausea.. IBS?!
Question: My stomach is horrible to me
1 - I can't eat at funny times in the night or i'll be up all night with a dodgy bubbly tummy
2 - Can't eat spicy food, I just get nausea
3 - I'm constantly passing farts before I go sleep.
4 - When I drink milk and eat dairy stuff, it goes right through me.
5 - I can't burp..
6 - Travelling and time differences (even an hour) make me feel sick and I get diarreha (can't spell it sorry)
do you reckon this is IBS & should I see my doctor?

Definately some type of gastic disturbance. IBS, and/or lactose intolerance. Visit your doctor and describe you symptoms. Life is too short to go through it with a miserable tummy.
Yes it's all the symptoms of IBS, but get it checked by a doctor to be sure

I think you should see your Dr. definitely. My husband has Crohn's Disease and the symptoms you describe are the same as his. He was diagnosed with IBS and Acid Reflux Disease. But we didn't get a correct diagnosis for almost 2 years of him suffering. The only way we found out was when the Dr. did a colonoscopy.
You sound like you're lactose intollerant as well.

Sounds like need to be on a gluten-free, dairy-free diet. Why don't you go to Celiac.com? Just find out what that's about. Also, you may have food allergies...Go to a doctor of gastroenterology.
