Well judging by your Avatar it looks pretty serious lol, sorry.
Could easily be many things, but drink plenty of fresh cold tap water, take some Imodium or similar to help with the diarrhoea and get and see the Doctor asap. If the tummy pains increase go to A&E don't waste time with NHS direct.
