Why cant I remember anything?!

Question: I'm almost 25. Since I can remember (which isnt that long ago) I have been having memory problems. I can usually remember things up to a week ago, but anything after that is a total blur (Including school). It is really frustrating, is this normal?

Hi,^_^ I have Adhd, lol, and until I started taking medicine to help me focus, I had memory problems too. The mind works in strange ways. Even if you are under stress your memory gets "spotty". Try to check with medical professionals about this.

Yet you remember how to get on Yahoo Answers? LMAO

Don't worry about it. You'll forget you have this problem by tomorrow anyway.

Ignore all the sarcastic answers mate, if I were you I would visit my GP and explain your problem. This is definatley not normal at your age

I would be alarmed if you've also been experiencing bad headaches. Symptoms like that,
could be tumors. If I were you, I'd probably go have a check up anyway.
25 is awfuly young to be having memory loss to that degree.
Unless, you smoke tons of weed. Then that would explain it.

If everything checks out fine for you, other than your memory. You can do some research online to find out about the kinds of foods, or nutrients, or herbs and stuff like that. Which are good for your memory.
I've seen stuff like that, where the label claimed that the product was specialy for memory performance. The thing is, that I didn't buy it. So that's probably why I can't remember what it was. I know you'll find stuff like that at a health food, nutrition store.

Sometimes it's just a glitch or something. Therefor, sometimes bang'n your head against a wall a couple of times might jar loose the hang up. That method though, works best if you put loud music from "Quiet Riot" on your stereo.
