Is it normal to have sore muscles in your stomach and chest the day after vomiti!
Question: Yes. Vomiting causes the stomach muscles to contract very suddenly and violently. Your stomach typically does not do this and therefore the muscles become fatigued and sore.
The sore chest muscles are most likely due to your diaphram being fatigued. As you know, you don't normally breath while vomiting and it also interupts your notmal breath cycle. Your diaphram then contracts faster and more quickly than normal inorder for you to "catch your breath".

Yes. This is because of the sudden contractions and spasms of the muscles that induce vomiting.
