Painful lips?Help?!

Question: My lips tend to become itchy and red with small bumps on the edges. I have not had sex, so I know it's not herpes or something like that. I went to the Dr. he gave me a perscription and I have been using it, it really helped, but It's my last tube, so I have to wing my self off if. What should I do or use?

drink lots of water...and use vasaline for your lips
