Answers: Heard yes ,children shouldn't eat shrimp
Heard no , children permitted shrimp.

Food sensitivities can develop at any age but children are more vulnerable because of sort of a lack of immunity. They have never been exposed to foods that would likely incur an allergic reaction such as seafood, eggs or nuts.

If there is NO IMMEDIATE FAMILY history of seafood allergies AND the child is at an age that they can chew and swallow effectaintly you could try them with a VERY TINY amount of shrimp. We call them prawns.
Wait 10 to 15 minutes if no sign of allergy you could try a little more.
BUT BE WARY.

if your kid gets owned by a shrimp they fail at life and deserve it

no,i dont think shrimp will do any harm.
im a vegetarian but i used to eat shrimp often and it never bothered me.
