Mixture of meds?!

Question: I've been prescribed prilosec ( Omerazole 20mg), Biaxin 500mg and Amoxicillin 500mg to treat bacteria in my stomach. I was wondering if anyone knows the serious side affects to takin' these medications? I've had constant nausea for a while now and my GI doc says it could be due to small ulcer in my stomach. Can anyone advise me on how I can get rid of my nausea more naturally? Have these medications worked for anyone?

Prilosec will cut down on the acid production. Biaxin covers many types of infections which could be the route of the problem. Urinary Tract which causes nausea, and Amoxicillin is a mild antibiotic which covers a lot also. You have an educated doctor. I had a very similiar problem and the Biaxin took care of it and the nausea went away. I would however recommend that you not take vitamin or minerals as many of them interfere with the action of the antibiotics. Also you can try two different natural supplements that will help to restore your system. Aloe Vera juice (which incidentally I tried before I would go to the doctor. ) And especially lactbaccilus acidopholis or Activia. These will restore the good stuff in your gut which will be taken out by the antibiotics.
