The fabric ones are good on areas that bend and move because they will move and not become unstuck! Plastic bandaids come off to easy! The fabric ones are great anytime especially if you are active!
Many of the so called band aids (plastic) brands won't stick to a hairy surface. Being one of those hairy persons, I almost always have to use the fabric type.
