slimy things like squashed slugs make me heave.
Other peoples sick.
Bit better since I became a mummy and can now clean poo up without chucking up- the joy!

Too much dairy products (lactose sugars).
And fructose, & apple juice
i get motion sickness. :\
strangely, mashed potatoes and omelette sometimes make me sick too. xD
Stress........Being around others that are sick. Just wash your hands often. That will help get rid of most germs. After I get back from a medical call I wash my hands immediately, and yes I use latex gloves on all calls.
