It's very hard for me to concentrate?!

Hey buddy. Stress will definitely cause memory loss and an inability to concentrate.

For memory loss and to increase your concentration and levels of focus try eating more foods rich in Vitamin B1 (thiamine) ie ~ brewer's yeast, whole grain breads and cereals, meat (pork or liver), nuts, legumes such as peas, beans and lentils and potatoes.

also take a multi B complex supplement including all the B's ie ~ B1, B2, B3, B5, B6 and B12 as they work best as a group.

The need for B1 (and the B complex) increases when we are stressed, during illnes and surgery. B1 has beneficial effects on the nervous system and mental attitude and will also aid in digestion and keep the nervous system, muscles and heart functioning normally............ That is also going on with me so i know how you feel. :(
There could be many possible causes, such as:
1. Stress
Is there anything that you are stressed about? like work, school, family, boyfriend, finacially?
2. Something exciting
You can also be stressed because of something exciting like an up coming party an things like that.



There are alot more but i think for your this might be it. But if i was you i would just check with a doctor.

This is JUST like me. I could not concentrate in school or speak very well because I was ALWAYS ditracted. All of this in the end gave me a leanring dissability. So... my mom reseaerched and found "Irlen lenses". I can't really tell you how they work. All i know is that they DEFINATLY do work. You can were there lenses or as contacts. I have them in green contacts. Different colors work better for different people. I just got my contacts in September and I can now read very well, and my learning dissibility is basically gone. This may sound kind of insane but I can assure you that it works and is probably what you need.

and i know it is not a medical problem. i have been told that I just hit my head too many times by doctors and it caused the "short term memory loss" and trouble concentrating.

maybe you are dyslexic...i know i am but everyone just calls me lazy

your vitamin b6 is low they help you to focus
