I'm so cold all the time. How can I live my life?!

Question: I am abnormally cold every single day, in summer and in winter, altho of course it magnifies in winter, and here it's starting to turn to winter now.
My hands are unbearably ice-cold, my feet are numb and I'm shivering all over. I can't even move my fingers across the keyboard to type because they are so cold.

HOw can I warm up? Clothes don't warm me up enough.

And by the way I am not underweight, i'm just normal.

I love you.

this question is done but i have a problem of being cold everyday too.
you might want to ask your doctor about it.
i have a low thyroid (which the thyroid controls your body temperatures) so since mine is low i always am cold.
there is other symptoms also.
also you might be lacking iodine. Report It

  • Sometimes in the winter in NY its freezing and this is what i do.I sleep with like 8 or 9 blankets .... not kidding.i also have a heater and i face it to my body when im a at home. When im outside i wear a shirt,a hoodie and then my humongus coat.
    hope i helped alittle bit.

Go see a doctor. The answers you get here won't be sufficient to cure your problem.

Take algae like chlorella, spirulina and kelp. And have a look at your wisdom teeth and their roots, as they are responsible for energy production and circulation.

    Have your thyroid function checked.

I understand how you feel but you need to make time to see a doctor. You are not nuts but based on what you are saying, you could have an underlying hypothyroid condition that can be easily diagnosed and treated. Please consider going to the doctor for a check up. Good luck.

you sound anemic. which is low blood count take iron and go to the doc and get youe blood count checked

don't know if this would help in your case, but it's what i did .. i bought womens vitamin pills and took one everyday for 6 mos. helped me.. can be bought at some dollar stores, like dollar general.. yes low blood and thyroid, could be the reason why your cold .. bummer eh ~
