Do you sometimes stay up all night and carry on the next day?!

Question: When I was young (21-25) I could do this. Carrying on the next day was really tough, though.

Once I had to work 36 hours straight before I could sleep. I barely made it!!

Being a nurse, I know this is not good. Once in a great while a body can do it. But not too often. Sleep is the body's way to replenish itself and repair the damage done to it so you don't get sick by having your immune system wear down.

Good luck

yeah.
i think sleep is like fastforwarding. you fall asleep and then a minute later you wake up..when really... in terms of time.. almost have a day has gone by.

i sleep when i need to fastforward. and i saty up all night when i need to soak in the time that i have.

I have almost made it 24 hrs but then I fell asleep. I would not stay up all night and then stay up the rest of the day.

if I stay up all night I am worthless the next day., I really need my sleep
