How long can a person go without peeing?!
Question: I work at a nursing home and we have a resident who holds it all day long and she gets frequent bladder infections and UTI's (urinary tract infections) I wouldn't suggest "seeing" how long you can go w/o peeing!

3 days without peeing and you would be dead, so no more than three days
If you're not peeing, good chance you're dehydrated.

it depends on how much that person has drank. i drink 2 litres of water everyday and i usually need to go every 2-3 hours otherwise im in agony.
i don't use public restrooms and rarely use restrooms at someone else's house, so i hold mine in for a really long time. it's starting to catch up to me. i have to pee more often, and i'll get the feeling that i need to pee but when i go to the bathroom nothing is there to come out. so i don't recommend holding it in...
