Cleaning out Sinuses?!
Question: So.....I've heard neti pots but I was thinking something else. I've been using regular ol saline solution everyday for my sinus infection and it seems to work. But I still suffer from sinus headaches every now. Is there something MORE I can do...?

Buy showa soothers and boil water...put the showa soother in a huge 7eleven big gulp cup the one for coffee so you can turn lid to sip from it, its BIG, put the showa soother in cup and once water boils pour into the huge mug and then make sure lid that u sip out of is shut.. bring it to wherever u r hanging out, open up the sip part and WOW. .u will breathe like u never have before..just be careful and make sure not alot of peoplr around...it stinks..but it works like nothing else...try it.... good luck and feel better
I have a neti pot and hardly ever have to do anything else but you can try a eucalyptus waterless humidifier or any mentholated humidifier/inhaler...
Any time I have bad sinus trouble I always eat something really spicy, clears me right up. Better than anything else. Then after that I take a really hot steamy shower just for good measure. After that you should be feeling better.
Netti Pot with warm, mild saline solution should be all u need. The warm water should be able to get to the upper chamber of the nostril and clean it out. Regular use should releave your symptons. Doing this routine faithfully should reduce or eliminate the headaches. Ck with Ear, Nose, Throat specialist for a professional evaluation. U could have something else going on... hope u feel better.
