All you need to do is to eat more fruit and vegetables with smaller servings of meat, poultry, potatoes and chips. Dinner calories are more fattening than breakfast calories.

open your hand

Walking. Lifting weights. Drinking lots of water, and watching your portions.

Blow off one of your limbs. When you take photos in your bikini, do it so you don;t notice the missing appendage.

and dont eat alot of dinner
just like a fruit or something!!

well u should eat but eat healthy food and dont even worry how you look. =]

1. Excersise!
2. Drink at least a whole bottle of water a day.
3. Eat as less as possible of things that have sugar and other bad stuff in it.
4. Don't eat chips.
5. Drink water, milk, orange juice or other healthy drinks with your food.
6. Eat a lot of veggies like brocolli and carrots.

Eat less and exercise or accept your body the way it is - your choice.
