How can i get rid of or calm my headache down?!

Question: i have a bad headache.
i cant tell if it's sinus, a migraine (i get them a lot), or just a stress headache.
but it's on top of my head, in my kneck, above my eyebrows and towards the bridge of my nose.
what kind of headache could it be and how can i get rid of it or calm it down.

It could be any of those, here are a few things that help me:

Rub your nose by putting your middle finger over your index finger and rub the bridge of your nose/sides of it.

Take a hot shower, that can help you relax.

go for a walk or just do something that calms you do.

Lay down on your couch/bed, put on some soft music, nothing too loud.

Lay down on yoru bed/couch with an ice pack. Put hte icepack on the nape of your neck, where your hair line meets your neck, and lay there for a bit, the cold should help.

Sleep,sleeping always helps me.

read.

Just try to relax the tylenol/advil might take a while to kick in. headaches suck.

Drink a Pepsi or cup of coffee. You may just need a caffeine kick.

if it's a stress headache then try to put some ice on your head, relax, read a book. tylenol (not sure if that's the right spelling) might also help if you havn't tried it already. other then that i'm not sure what else will help.

try to go to some where quiet.

dont get alot of medince or you will get an accidental overdose.

put a soft billow behind your neck, but not too soft that it wont do any good, but if its hard, it'll be worse.

also, crack open your wondow so that you can breathe alittle better.

Hope i helped!
get better

Here's some things you could try:

1) Drink water

2) Put a cold clothe or ice pack on your head

3) Lay down

4) Book an appt with your physician

It could be you have a pinched nerve or low BP.
