What does a nicotine craving feel like?!

Question: For me, I get really anxious and nervous. Sometimes you can get nauseous, dizzy, and shaky. You tend to be pretty moody too. Turns me into a totally different person really. You fidget alot and start stressing. It's pretty unpleasant. I'm glad I quit. Stupid habit for sure.

never had a cigarette but i imagine it like when i crave pop

Your lungs feel tight and you get the shakes and mood swings...

there is no way of describing it but you will just know that you have to have it and want more of it. and when you dont get any of it you will feel depressed and angry .

I have quit 2 times now. The first time I didn't smoke for about 2 years. I didn't cheat, or even want to smoke. Then I started again for a really dumb reason, because I was mad at my boyfriend for smoking behind my back and spendin all his money on cigarettes and various other reasons. Really dumb. Then I quit again in Sept. of '06 and haven't touched one since. Both times I quit by just quitting. I just put it out of my mind and decided that it was not an option for any reason. And I gotta tell you, from my experience, I have determined that nicotine cravings are all in your head. It's just a money thing. The whole thing is a business. The cigarettes and the cures. I advise everyone to not feed into it. It's retarded.

you want one but you know if you do your done moody angry with the world, crying it's the pitts
