Ummmm what do you think?!?!


Question: so the past 3 nights ive been going to bed between 4am-6am
and waking up 1pm-3pm

ive been feeling run down..and i have loss of appetite.

tomorrow i need to wake up at 7am for school.

i feel like im going to feel REALLY crappy.

do u think even if i got myself to bed at a decent hour tonight like...10 or 11pm
i wouldnt feel so shitty?


also. when following the food pyramid, do u need some sugar?

i feel like the days arent long enough to eat everything ur suppose to eat.
today so far i ate
chocolate chip pancakes - carbs?
bacon-meat
apple sauce-fruit
water
juice
peanut butter and celery-vegetables and protein...

and now i just ate 2 cookies.
what else should i add to it?

im still kinda hungry.

if you go to bed at 10, that may be too much sleep? i dunno, i sometimes feel grogy and unwilling to get up if im in bed too much.

but 10-11 would be good. before you go to sleep, stretch or do some exercises so that you will go to sleep easier. drink a full glass of water too. you'll wake up alot better, and you'll have a better day.

when following the food pyramid, sugar is suggested to eat sparingly, so the cookies, an chocolate chips are enough. try and get some more meat and whole grains in before you sleep. because though bacon is meat, its bad for your heart. apple sauce is good, but its not the real thing. always have the real thing for the best benifits.

scince you dont have to be AWAKE for school until 7 am, im sure your younger, so nomatter what, just get some rest and youll be fine.

yes, i think you will feel much better if you go to bed earlier. i know its hard sometimes to go to bed early, but you will be able to focus in school tomorrow, feel happier, and be more energetic overall. i would recommend going to bed around 10. go to bed around that time on weekdays, and slowly your body will grow accustomed to that time and you'll feel much healthier

the food you have eaten sounds pretty good. its totally OK to eat sugars. just remember to eat everything in moderation. are you still hungry? eat! you're a teenager so your body is still growing and needs fuel.
