I pigged out REALLY BADLY. ...??!


Question: how do I start fresh tomorrow and make sure it doesn't happen again!??

what i tried was i put a number on my hand or where i see something EVERY SINGLE DAY. And I put a number of how many pounds I want to lose in a week or month. So next time if somebody gives me a cupcake I can remind myself of my goal and say "no thank you".

If you don't want to try that just keep telling yourself that you really want to lose some weight.

Or go grocery shopping and buy diet food like granola bars or something that is low in fat//calories. Just don't buy one single item buy a bunch. Buy vegetables and fruit. Since you have alot of "diet food" you won't be eating too much junk. Instead of going to McDonald's or some fast food place bring a lunch or go to Subway.

Don't hurt yourself if you ate too much. Just move on. DONT FORGET to eat breakfest each single day like cereal or a fruit. And don't forget to exercise.

If you motivate yourself your body wont be quenching junk food. So you would be eating less.

For me I like to plan my meal the day before. It helps to prevent myself from snacking. Something else I used to do is have a rubber band on my wrist at all times. When I ate too much or did something bad I would snap myself! Its a good way to break a habit!
