Arm problem!?!
Question: So I always have these little pimples on my arm. They drive me nuts! I use this cleansing stuff and lotion that is made for the pimples, but I can't help myself from popping them! Now my arms look awful! They are red, scabby, and bumpy and I have been covering them the last few days. I am really trying to stop! Any advice? Does anyone else have this problem? And how long will it take to clear up if I leave them alone and keep using the special lotion? I am really embarrassed! =( Please help!

omg my mom used to do the same thing!
her arms were soo scabby & she couldnt stop her self eather.
the best thing to do is make a promise to yourself that you will stop, because they wont get better unless you leave them alone & kepp washing. Put lotion on it also so it doesnt get scabby!

It could be Keratosis Pilaris.

Are you sure it's not psoriasis?
