Remember that your mouth is also a part of your digestive tract, and it is normal to have bacteria in your mouth. Your spots may also be mouth ulcers caused by the herpes simplex virus (it has nothing to do with sexually-transmitted herpes). You might also have a fungal infection called "thrush".
