What is wrong...?!
Question: I always have a upset stomache... My stomache either hurts or I feel nauseated. Like a week ago my stomache was really upset... then it happened again last night but with more nausea and shaking... this isn't a one time thing for me... it like always happenens... I been to the doctors and they said it might be my diet... but they couldn't help me much... Then my mom said its all in my head.. Or because I eat crap... any suggestions

It MIGHT be because you eat junk food all the time and then you don't use the bathroom regularly. Try eating more apples, drinking prune juice, or drinking apple juice. It helps me.
It probably is your diet.
honestly i wish i knew too! i am ALWAYS nausious or my stomache hurts... do you get stomach pains too? i do........
You need to eat better food and see a gastroenterologist. You could have an allergy to milk -- lactose intolerance. See if not eating or drinking dairy products helps.
if your mom knows you well, and she said maybe because you eat crap, thats probably why, and trying to eat better is the way to find out. If youre still in great pain, get back to that doctor and dont take no crap! Make him do tests till they find the reason. These doctors never seem to care enough to find the right reason, they just want to throw pills at you and make you go away...
