Help! I haven't slept and have an important day at work!?!

Question: I have been up all night and haven't slept at all. I have an important day at work and I am so sleepy.
What should I do?
I gag when I drink Red Bull or Monsters, so that is out of the question.

Even a 15 minute nap can make you feel better.
Drink a bunch of water now.
Eat breakfast with some protein to give you a little more energy. Peanut butter toast or eggs maybe? Eat a banana- not sure why exactly but I think its the potassium? It always helps me though.
Bring a few healthy snacks if you have them- carrots or other vegetables, some fruit or nuts/trail mix.
I find that coffee or anything highly caffeinated can actually make me feel worse when I haven't slept- it makes me too jittery. Black tea like Lipton or Earl Grey has some caffeine but not too much. Also Diet Coke is OK (plain Coke will give you a sugar crash which is really awful- stay away from sugar). Drink water throughout the day so you don't get dehydrated.

I never thought about it before but I do get cold if I've been up all night- thats a good tip from katatins:) Bring a sweater.

Maybe you should try doing something tiring, like reading a book or watching televesion until you get tired. Sometimes i get these sort of things too so i just read a book to keep me company and to make me tired. Or why not just give yourself a light massage like running your fingers through your head or massaging your feet and hands. It will relax you and sooner or later you will fall asleep. Hey, that's what i do when i cant fall asleep. Just remember that you are not alone. : )

Take a shower.

wash ur face in very cold water. Drink milk or tea.

Adrenalin and a strong coffee will set you right. Wrap up too as you may feel cold if you're really tired.

To sleep or not to sleep. But your body definitely say 'to sleep'. Trying catching up some hours of sleep. When you're awake later, you'd be thankful that you didnt neglect the precious sleep your body need.
