Well could of easily been a lack of oxygen in your blood. Running fast when anemic can be dangerous. Over exertion is greatly possible.

Anemia is a lack of red blood cells as you should know. These carry oxygen in the blood. The more exertion the more oxygen needed.

Sounds like you over exerted yourself for your condition. You should explain your condition and talk to your doctor to see what exercise is acceptable.

Is your anorexia getting the better of you? =(

Seems to me you had a problem we your blood or something.

When you said you felt dizzy and like vomiting I suspected you were just having your period or something, but the other symptoms don't match up so thats not the issue.

Hope you fell better and it doesn't happen again, God Bless.

Okay. Well I've fainted twice during church while kneeling. First, my stomach feels like I'm going to vomit (just like yours.), then I started to blackout until all the sudden I woke up on top of a boy in my class. TALK about embarressing. You prolly did faint actualy

You may have been dehydrated (not drinking enough) or had little energy (from not eating). You need lots of food energy and liquids to exercise, since your body sweats and burns calories. Maybe you hadn't eaten enough or needed to drink more?
Also, this sounds similar to the symptoms of a blood clot in the lungs (this is extremely rare, however). This happened to a friend of mine. If you're taking birth control or are at risk for blood clots you should see a doctor immediately.
Oh, I hadn't seen the part about you being anemic. In that case, take medstudent's advice up there! That's most likely what's wrong, just talk to your doctor. But always remember to drink LOTS, and even more when exercising.

u were dehydrated. water puts oxygen in ur blood and your brain so without plenty of water its easier to pass out or become light headed

well the only thing i can think of is that you might be diabetic. thats what happened to me. here i will give you some examples of what happened to me.
1. when getting up real fast sometines i felt i was spinning
2. going somewhere really hot and moving fast i felt like i was seeing colors
3. sometimes i would see dots and i wouldnt know why.
these are just a few things but after that i went to the doctor and found out that i was type one diabetic.
go get it checked out to make sure that you are okay.

fell better : )

i think u did almost faint because my cousin has the same problem and shes had the same thing happen to her but she was on her way to the bus and she ran so fast to beat every body to the bus and she got on and went mostly blind couldn't breath very well and had to get off the bus and go to the nurse in a weal chair cause her legs were also very weak at the time. she lied down for awhile and she was all right but she did miss the bus that day. =)

I am guessing that maybe either your blood sugar was low or you were dehydrated. I don't know that you have any heart conditions at all. You should have calculated your heart rate after to know if it was normal. One thing to make sure of is when you are running, make sure you are breathing correctly no matter how fast or slow you are running. Breathe in slowly through your nose and exhale slowly through your mouth. You won't get as exhausted as easily. Maybe you should start a cardio program of some sort. Start out slow and pace yourself to avoid further situations like this one! :)

what might have happened was that because u ran fast to catch up with your friends your body might of not wanted to run as fast and didnt function like it should. also the reasoning for you not feeling like u were to vomit was probably because if u dodnt eat well before u ran. also u could of been dehydrated. hope this helped and feel better
