WHY is it bad to pierce ur own lip?!

You could really hurt yourself if you hit a nerve ending and such, best to leave it to the professionals!

because you might not be using clean tools or following the right procedure which may cause an infection. Thats why we let the Pros do it.

Well it can get infected..
it's not sterile, and could get really infected if you use your own needles etc. Also, the placement of the piercing may end up completley wrong if you're not a professional.

HIGE risk of infection and if you do it in the wrong spot you could f*ck your lip up for good.
