Did my son have food poisoning?!
Question: I gave him Spag Bol for dinner on Sunday night (5pm) and he threw up last night (Monday night at 6.30pm). Could this be food poisoning from the spag bol or was it eaten too long before to be responsible?

It could be food poisoning. The toxins in the food can take up to 24 hours to make one sick.
When people get sick immediately after eating it's usually just bacteria, over time the bacteria grow toxins and that is why food poisoning can be so severe.

It could be. People that I know who have had food poisoning didnt throw up until the next day, also, if he only threw up once then it could have been, sometimes food poisoning is a one time throw up sort of thing.
It may be. There are lots of factors. Just because he had something to eat before he threw up doesn't mean that its food poison. Take an advice from a16yr old boy: Go see a real doctor if it gets worse, the so called Cyber doctors are no good.
