Chantix Advice Please!!?!
Question: Just started taking Chantix two days ago. I feel moderately drugged, which is going to be a pain in the butt at work. Does this symptom get better? How long did it last for you?

I've been on Chantix for 3 weeks and have not had any side effects. Occasionally I've gotten headaches but I just pop a few advils and I'm fine. Sometimes a little groggy when I first started the pills but not so much anymore. I have heard that there have been some deaths due to suicide linked to the drug and excessive moodiness, depression, etc. If you experience any of these, please stop the pills and call a doctor and a loved one. I'd hate to hear of another death due to this pill.
I never felt that - you must have been a light smoker.
And I agree with the Dreams, I'm tottaly tripping when I wake up.
Chantix shouldnt be making you trip.....are you taking something else with it?
Unless you arent eating or following directions...it is a relatively calm drug
