Definately. And actually drying your face with a towel can cause wrinkles because of the pulling/tugging of the skin. And I hope your talking about a hand towel. If you use the same towel someone else dryed their netherlands off with thats really is unsanitary. With the hand towel if the person before you did not effectively wash their hands then their creepy crawly germs were probably transferred to the towel and then right to your face. Use a clean washcloth to pat dry your face.
Yea, why not? I think it's better to let it try itself than using a towel. When you think about it, everyone else dries theirself on the towels and germs from the bathroom in general get on it.
