Well - I am sick. Any suggestions to make me feel better?!

Question: Well - I am sick. Any suggestions to make me feel better? I have been taking Mucinex every 12 hours 2pills, Aleve every 12 hours 2pills, Sudafed original one every morning, Benadryl by night 2pills, and just now instead of sudafed I took alka-seltzer cold because that usually clears my sinus's up fast. It didn't work. I also 2 days ago started taking a multivitamin and an anti oxidant and drinking juice...

I agree with abdul. If all that over the counter meds not working, then sounds like a viral infection that only prescribed meds will fix.

BUT, before you see that Dr, go nearest grocer and buy De-Tox tea. Go home and make yourself a hot cup of it and drink it. With-in 24 hrs, your body will be cleansed of all the meds and possibly the sympton.

consult your doctor.there might be something deeper behind those symptoms.

Wait till it passers. Or if u cant stand it anymore there are these tablets called day and night . For cold and flu. trust me they are really great . Lots of water and resting .

Agreed with Abdul. All of that medicine should have your symptoms well under control. The vitamin and juice will help too. Add soup too: The hot steam will at least help clear your head.

Good luck!
